The price of cakes being offered by the bakery that delivers to camp is $45.

Hanochas Tefillin:
Mazal Tov on your son’s upcoming Hanochas Tefillin!
Please see our schedule and camp policies for a Hanochas Tefillin happening in camp.
Please submit the form below before the summer begins and confirm with the camp office a week before the Simcha.
Hanochas Tefillin Schedule:
Parents and family are welcome to join us for Shacharis.
Minyanim times are as follows:
- SGP Shacharis: 10:00 AM city time (9:00 AM camp time)
- EGP Shacharis: 10:00 AM city time (9:00 AM camp time)
Please contact your son’s Head Staff to confirm the timing for that day, as your son’s bunk may have a trip or a late night the night before which may affect the schedule.
For the celebration after Shacharis, a table with your son’s bunk will be set up in the Shul, and the regular camp breakfast will be served. Parents who wish can bring special paper goods and additional refreshments. Servings should be for about 12-15 people. Any food products brought to camp must follow camp's Kashrus standards.
One hour will be spent on the celebration, which includes the Ma’amar, pictures, speeches, singing, dancing, etc. The celebration must be completed before the next learning class, as the rest of the camp continues a regular schedule. Please consider this when planning your trip and inviting your guests.
The camp fee is $75 for set up and clean up, which includes a tip for the waiters.

Camp Policies for Celebrations in Camp:
- Please do not visit any bunks or walk around campgrounds. It is a regular day of camp, not a visiting day.
- Please park by the main parking lot at the main entrance of camp, check in by the main office, and someone will show you where to go. We do not allow any cars on campgrounds.
- Mashke is not allowed in camp. You may bring light wine for L'chaim.
- If you want to take your son off campgrounds, you must get prior permission from the Head Staff.
- Any music played in camp or party decorations brought to camp must be according to camp standards and approved by the camp administration beforehand.
- Any food products brought to camp must follow camp's Kashrus standards.
- To maintain a Chassidishe atmosphere, we do not allow girls over Bas Mitzvah age on the campgrounds. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

Evening Celebration:
Parents and family are welcome to join the celebration that will take place with all the campers in your son's grade.
The designated time for an evening Bar Mitzvah:
- 8:00 - 9:00 PM city time (9:00 - 10:00 PM camp time).
For the celebration, the Shul will be set up, and the regular camp supper will be served. Parents who wish can bring their own Seudah, special paper goods, and additional refreshments. Any food products brought to camp must follow camp’s Kashrus standards.
A suggested Bar Mitzvah celebration in camp looks as follows: The Bochurim enter, the Bar Mitzvah Bochur says the Ma’amer, followed by dancing. The main course is served, and the Bar Mitzvah Bochur can say a Pilupul or Speech. The father can speak, followed by Benching and some more dancing.
The camp fee is $250 for set up and clean up, which includes a tip for the waiters.
