Dates, Rates & Transportation

Our buses leave from and arrive at President Street between Albany Avenue and Troy Avenue. A bus pass is needed to board the bus and will be issued by the camp office once your son’s registration is complete. We recommend that campers arriving from out of town fly into New York the night before the bus departure and fly out of New York the day after the bus arrival to avoid any delays. The camp office will send live updates regarding any changes or updates on the bus schedules.

We have a truck for all luggage going to camp and loading the day before the buses, on President Street between Albany Avenue and Troy Avenue. The luggage compartments under the buses are exclusively reserved for campers arriving from out of town. Campers arriving from out of town can bring their luggage on the bus on the day of departure. Each camper is allowed two pieces of luggage, and a luggage tag is needed for every piece of luggage going to camp, which the camp office will issue once your son’s registration is complete. We do not allow any supermarket boxes, cases of water bottles, bikes, scooters, or mini-fridges on the luggage truck or bus. Please do not attempt to bring these items, as we will not allow them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Parents who want to drop off and pick up their son directly to and from camp can choose the option when registering online. Please arrive at the times posted when dropping off and picking up your son. Please note the designated location for drop off and pick up is by the main office parking lot at the main camp entrance only.
